When the Supreme Court placed a stay on President Biden’s vaccine mandate for private employers, it signaled the end of the regulation. While the lawsuit will still make its way through the court system, the 6-3 majority made their stance on the constitutionality of the COVID vaccine mandate for private employers very clear. The administration heard the message, and President Biden put out a statement pleading with private employers to move ahead with vaccine mandates for their workforce.
The statement is full of inaccurate information. It notes that the Court upheld the mandate for healthcare workers and reads:
Today’s decision by the Supreme Court to uphold the requirement for health care workers will save lives: the lives of patients who seek care in medical facilities, as well as the lives of doctors, nurses, and others who work there. It will cover 10.4 million health care workers at 76,000 medical facilities. We will enforce it.
Besides vowing to enforce the mandate, almost nothing else in Biden’s statement is true. The current vaccines do not prevent transmission or symptomatic illness from delta or omicron. No patient is safer because their doctor or nurse is vaccinated. And no radiology tech getting vaccinated makes their co-workers safer. Vaccines reportedly reduce the likelihood of severe illness and death in vaccinated people.

US citizens can do more than ignore Joe!
Recently I replaced my car and didn’t (as usual) buy a Toyota...also stopped shopping at Kohls, Bed Bath Beyond, Dollar General, etc.
I hope I am not the only one who is doing this. We can vote with our dollars!
And while you're at it, Americans, corporate or not, please ignore ANY AND ALL government entities including the Supreme Court who unconstitutionally attempt to abridge your God-given rights of Life, Liberty, and Free Pursuits protected by the Constitution.
Just ignore them.

Substitute the word ‘respect’ for like and you’ve got it!
It just occurred to me that few of these companies would ever CHOOSE to mandate vaccination on their employees because it could hurt their business and too many unknowns, but they gleefully step up when government mandates it, and essentially absolves them from negative outcomes (employees more likely to comply, less risk to bottom line, no liability for harm?). They don’t have balls to do it on their own, but comply when government makes it easy for them. Kind if sounds like they came from generations of welfare baby’s in another life- can’t think for themselves but willing for whatever government gives them- even if it’s pile of crap, they still put their hand out
Biden is like a chimp in a china shop nothing survives.
