Why is it that she can’t answer the questions? Who is she protecting? Is she committing a crime while denying knowledge? Can she be held accountable in the future? How many people will die or innocently jailed by her denial of the truth?
We can assume if the answer was “no”, that wouldn’t be classified information, so that answer is a definite “yes”.
