She’s got 3000+ flight hours, passed the Navy Nuclear Power School, was XO on the very carrier she now commands, and was CO on a helicopter transport ship, even spent time at the Pentagon. So, she’s been forward deployed, knows how to fly, and at least the basics of Navy Nuclear Power Generation. Oh, and she graduated the Navy War College, too.

I don’t care if she bangs every man and woman officer not under her command in the entire Navy, as long as she’s good at her job. Which, all indications point to her being good at her job.
