If flamingos didn’t exist, only a child’s fantasy drawing could imagine such a creature; a giant bright pink bird with stilt-like legs.
They’re my daughter’s favorites, she goes straight to the flamingo exhibit every time she’s at the zoo. It was kinda cool watching the babies hatch earlier last year, then when they are teenagers they are a beautiful pink on top, then white in the middle and grey on the bottom.
