@dfwgator
Well see - if he had gotten the booster he’d have been ok.
Or was that the 5th booster…
RIP.
"...do this...don't do that..."
“A catchy tune.”
Making Communism sexy and ‘catchy’ does not make Communism any better...
“While he was vaccinated against Covid, Emmerson contracted the virus in November and died in the ICU”
“’He had underlying health conditions that made him additionally vulnerable to Covid.’ She added that Emmerson had been in-and-out of the hospital for other reasons over the past year.”
Underlying health conditions, in and out of the hospital for other reasons. To be chalked up as WITH the ‘Rona or FROM the ‘Rona?
Inquiring minds want to know.
The sign said
no service
without a vaccine card
And the sign says “long hair freaky people need not apply”
So I put my hair under my hat and I went in to ask him why
He said you look like a fine outstanding young man I think you’ll do
So I took off my hat I said “Imagine that Huh Me working for you”

"Oh Say now mister Can't you read You got to have a shirt vax and tie mask to get a seat You can't watch No You can't eat You ain't supposed to be here"
Agreed definitely a catchy tune still is is on the playlist of most classic rock stations. However I never liked it’s socialist meaning.
I remember having that song on a 45 rpm, and putting the little plastic thing in the middle to play it on my record player. It was a catchy tune.
It’s sad we’re losing so many icons of my generation. :(
Well the “signs” now all say “mask required” or “proof of vaccination required.” Although being vaccinated doesn’t seem to have helped him.
That's about right.
I absolutely hate that song.
I was a longhaired punk when this was current and popular.
I always sang it as,
“I jumped on the house and I yelled at the fence”
just to see if anybody would notice.
