Nah.

Briefly marinate the fillets in some melted butter and crushed garlic -
toss them on a charcoal grill, sprinkle with some Old Bay,
cook a couple of minutes, flip, a couple more minutes, and serve -

With corn on the cob and a fresh tomato & onion salad with
vinaigrette dressing. That works.
