That’s not the way I saw it. The prosecuter blew Michele Bush away on cross examination and made her look like a total idiot.
In the end it was almost like they were coming out and saying “josh did it” but couldn’t.

This is the way I was reading it too .... opining as to why would Josh’s lawyers put up an “expert witness” so unqualified that the prosecutor could ‘blow her away’? My point was perhaps they used such an unqualified “expert” because a true expert, with trial experience, would not have been able to truthfully testify in a way favorable to Josh. I hope that’s more clear as to what my thoughts were.
