"Toxic Masculinity" is like "Cultural Appropriation" a nonsense phrase totally invented by people who actually have no problems so they invent problems to whine about.
You can not "address" something that is does not exist.
The response is first to point and laugh loudly.
Then to give the person a real problem to worry about.
I would suggest a broken finger but some find that too harsh and suggest stuffing them naked into a box and mailing them "postage due" to some third world country where they will then have a real issue on which to expend their energy.
I say that is kind of mean to people in the third world country.
