If there is no compliance, employers back down. This isn’t some theoretical internet toughguy stuff — effective resistance is happening in many areas of work in nearly all parts of the country.

OTOH if your company really is 90%+ jabbed, oh well — if that sort of place hadn’t the jab to boot you with, it would’ve been a pronoun or failure to bow to the latest wokism.

There is never any substitute for doing the right thing.

Threats of job loss did not deter 25% of my companies work force from refusing the vax - thus the company did not want to lose 25% of their Engineering, Sales, and field-support staff.

The unspoken word was: "file for an Exemption, we will accept, and just get back to work".
