Christopher Walken Paints Over, ‘Destroys’ Famed Banksy Art on TV Set

Christopher Walken, star of the new streaming series “The Outlaws,” did what many art fans consider sacrilegious act of vandalism: He painted over an original Banksy!

A spokesperson for the BBC iPlayer series confirmed the 78-year-old film icon’s act of destruction in a statement.

“We can confirm that the artwork at the end of The Outlaws was an original Banksy, and that Christopher Walken painted over that artwork during the filming of this scene, ultimately destroying it,” they told BBC.

Plus the “painted over Banksy” is likely now worth even more. Ha.

For the show, set designers brought in one of Banksy’s other iconic works — one of his trademark, anthropomorphized rats — with permission from the artist himself to have it destroyed.

Walken has the same German-Scottish ancestry as Trump and was born just a few miles away and a few years apart in Queens. He seems like a decent guy, old song and dance man, still on his first wife.

I’m turning 60 next year and all ready I’m seeing my face start to melt, getting the jowls, the turkey neck and the bags under the eyes, I don’t care though. What astounds me is the “squishing” of the body. When I was 17 I had this long neck now I got no neck as if my spine compressed which I assume if what happens from 60 years of gravity.
