About two weeks ago, my county (King/Seattle area) imposed a vax mandate for patrons of bars, restaurants, and health clubs. At my bar, that affected six or seven of us that I know of. Although I miss seeing some of those people at the bar (kind of a "Cheers" atmosphere), my alcohol consumption has dropped about 75%, and is now confined to beer (no whiskey or wine).

If it's true the vaccinated pose a threat to me, then I don't have that risk, either. And in THEIR minds, they no longer have to worry about ME. I guess it's kind of a win-win.
