I have been reading about the types of questions for those who applied for religious exemptions for the COVID vaccine. Here is a list
Please describe whether, as an adult, you have received any vaccines against any other diseases (such as a flu vaccine or a tetanus vaccine) and, if so, what vaccine you most recently received and when, to the best of your recollection.
2. If you do not have a religious objection to the use of all vaccines, please explain why your objection is limited to certain vaccines.
3. If there are any other medicines or products that you do not use because of the religious belief underlying your objection, please identify them.
4. Have you seen a document circulating around XXXX with instructions on how to resist the vaccine, including asking for informed consent along with a prepared list of detailed questions, recommendations to elongate the process, document all your communications with XXXX management and pursue accommodations?
5. Is your request for accommodation based in whole or in part on a document or information you saw on the internet, in an email, or circulating at work (for example, the 412 Church Murrieta Statement of Faith, Stand for Health Freedom, We the Patriots, etc.)?
6. If so, please describe the document or information and how it relates to your request.
7. Did you get your independent statement of faith or your personal statement or any portion of them off the internet?
#7 is a bit difficult to answer...I read and talk to people on the Internet for ideas...I didn't exactly copy but got ideas from so many sources.
Can anyone advice how to answer # 7? I am getting grilled this week with a panel. Thanks!
Again, self determination. Because you don’t want it should be all that’s needed.
For number 7, I would Google a few sections of your own statement and see if they come up as word-for-word “hits”. Treat it like a plagiarism exercise — “Am I using someone else’s words without attribution?”
It’s difficult to be perfectly original, but as long as your statement isn’t a complete cut-and-paste, it shouldn’t really show up in a Google search. If you can’t find, then your panel can’t find it either.
Once you feel that your statement is genuinely yours, I would answer 7 as simply and briefly as you can: “These words are my own.” Don’t get wordy and defensive.
They have no right to question your religious beliefs. Tell them you have a religious objection. Then if they want to ask you more questions, tell them to buzz off. Religious beliefs are protected under the constitution and federal laws.
#7 asks 3 questions. Don’t give them the satisfaction. “Off the internet” is a trap. The internet is used to display statements of faith or beliefs so that people know what a church believes in. It could even come from a sermon, as preaching on abortion is common. But these statements don’t start on the internet. There is a document held by each church....and support of abortion is a non-starter.
So NO.
Craft the statement of faith with your pastor, give them the name of your pastor, and tell them to stick it. This isn’t the Inquisition.
Ask them if they got their unconstitutional questions from the internet.
AMEN!
“I prayed and God said, ‘Not this one’.”
My son had some of the same questions from his employer, a large government contractor.
Question one was verbatim. They got it from the internet of collided with their government masters.
For the record he’s received preliminary approval, as if a mere employer can approve of his relationship with God.
The Fortune 500 I work for appears to be waiting for the actual unconstitutional mandate. I will not comply.
😁😁 Ilana Mercer had an excellent article on that the other day.
Thank you for everyone’s response! I ran my personal statement on google and found nothing! There were kind people on FR who gave me their statements but I didn’t copied and pasted. I took ideas here and there.
The form says the accomodation may get revoked at any time. So, always have to be on the lookout.
Almost all of the jobs out there want you to take the jab!

Check out the information and instructional videos on the website thehealthyAmerican.org. Very helpful!
If you’re at risk, say, over 50, you should seriously consider just taking a vaccine. Low risk of complications and high chance it prevents serious covid.
Don’t let misinformation you read here get you into a situation you might regret from a hospital bed.
Obviously, your choice. Won’t debate.

Thanks for the video!
I actually had a lawyer para-phrasing my older personal statement which included the question “who is responsible for the vaccine injuries”? Actually it is FECA.
I didn’t have time for my lawyer to change the letter (he didn’t charge me for this). Also, it might too confrontational right from the start.
Maybe I was wrong.
Putting a statement to the effect that if you make me take the jab, you will be responsible is a great idea!
VIDEO: 31 Oct: Newsweek: Video of Nurse Escorted Out of Hospital for Refusing COVID Vaccine Viewed Over 2.5M Times
by Fatma Khaled
In a 5-minute video, the Kaiser Permanente nurse claimed that the hospital placed her on unpaid administrative leave on Saturday after refusing to accept her religious exemption from the vaccine without giving reasons for the decision.
“I am being escorted out of Kaiser Permanente hospital for my religious beliefs because I don’t want to get the jab,” she said. “And I asked all day for someone to explain to me why my sincerely held religious beliefs are not good enough for Kaiser. And no one was able to do that for me.”...
Meanwhile in North Carolina, the Novant Health hospital system fired around 175 of its staff for defying the vaccine mandate. Similarly, the Houston Methodist Hospital in Texas lost 153 of its workers, including 26 nurses, who either quit or were fired.

1 Nov: Hot91 Radio Australia: Health workers suspended for not getting covid vax
About 4000 unvaccinated Queensland Health workers have been suspended because they have not taken up the jab as the government enforces its vaccine mandate across the health sector.
Queensland has recorded zero new community covid cases in the past 24 hours, with one case detected in hotel quarantine and acquired overseas...
More than 92 percent of Queensland health workers have come forward to confirm they have been vaccinated.
“For those who are not vaccinated we have a number of those who are of course on simply normal long leave,” Ms D’Ath says.
“We have a number of staff who will now go through a show cause process and we will put in place measures to manage any workforce shortages that may occur.
“We expected this. I have every confidence these numbers will continue to grow each day.”
Ms D’Ath says there are roughly 7000 Queensland Health staff - out of 108,000 - who have not confirmed they are vaccinated.
“There are 3000 people who are already on normal long leave and maternity leave so there’s around 4000 that are unvaccinated who otherwise should be at work,” she says.
“Some have taken leave of that, others will be given a show cause today and suspended on full pay while we work through that process.”...

LOL. Where do you get your misinformation?.
BTW, I don’t take any medications that have not been released in generic.
I’m in the control group.
None of them matter. We also have fre speech and may consider any number of issues when refusing to take the jab.
The hastily offered exemption hasn’t afforded time or cost for legal representation.
Even a panel reviewing a religious exemption might be called into question causing the applicant to perform under duress.
I find accepting the jab to be one of the most unethical decisions forced upon us all, under duress. Since they stole the elections with impunity, issued obviously illicit “mandates” to take experimental drugs, skewed statistics to connive their way into their demands, and issue dishonorable discharges to those who do not take the jab, then throw their exemption requests in the trash without processing them, the decision is simply discerning if it is the Mark of the Beast or a trail run to identify who will oppose them when they do make their final illegal assaults.
I think I would document who is on the “board” and all events before and after. Recourse might also occur against each person and group causing these unrighteous actions.
The solution to sin is immediate. The solution to evil takes time.
