Of course he has. This is Alec Baldwin on shut up orders. His wife is his helpmate. She is either going to help him be quiet as his lawyers, handlers, cops, da, publicists, business partners et al have told him, asked him and or instructed him to do or she is going to say, get out and talk to these guys directly don’t worry about all this me bossy people they don’t care about you.
Baldwin even said he was told not to comment while he was commenting. Several times he mentioned this yet kept on talking. So whatever comes of what he said is his own fault.
To paraphrase a Ron White joke, he has the right to remain silent but not the ability.
