VERY healthy? In what way?
Most chocolate makes me cough violently (Undiagnosed GERD). Milk chocolate, not so much. Why is milk chocolate horrible for you? I can’t imagine, in moderation, that any chocolate is that bad.
Dark chocolate is just so bitter to me and I have a near lifelong problem with GERD as well.
Every now and then I will have a little milk chocolate something.
