Everyone who handled the gun, from the armorer up to and including Baldwin, should face criminal charges. If someone hands you a gun you assume it is loaded and handle it as a loaded gun until you physically inspect it yourself to confirm that it is not, regardless of whether someone told that it is not loaded or even if you watched them check.the gun immediately before handing it to you. The last person sho checked the gun may be blind or an idiot, which is self evident from the fact that someone loaded the gun with a live roud.
Baldwin was criminally negligent for not confirming that the gun was not loaded,for pointing the gun at another person instead of in a safe direction, and for putting his finger on the damned trigger before he was ready to fire. No one would have been injured if he had followed any one of these basic rules for handling guns.
I learned the basic rules of gun safety when I was 6 years old. Even a gun hating liberal actor should know and practice basic gun safety rules if he handles guns as part of his job.
Fixed it.
if some unknown person handed another unknown person (ie not famous people- just regular schmoes), and that person failed to check the gun, pointed it at someone and fired and killed someone- who woudl be to blame?
