Open File Explorer.
In the tree structures in the left sidebar find “This Computer”; right-click on it and pick “Properties.”

You’ll get a window with several bits of basic information about your computer, including the amount of installed RAM.

Or hold down the Windows key (bottom left, with flag) and tap the Pause/Break key (some laptops also require the Fn key). For more, open the Run command (Windows key and r key) and type msinfo32. For even more run dxdiag.
