Someone like that, who obviously does stuff just to see what it’s like, is obviously some kind of psychopath.
He should be locked up forever, even if it’s just a criminally insane institution. Oh wait, it’s not nice to have asylums.
Cases like this are why executing child murderers should never have been banned.
The court has no problem murdering innocent children in the womb but is A-OK pretending to rehabilitate monsters such as in this case is possible.
