A very poorly thought out rail crossing.
I could see all kinds of vehicles at risk for bottoming out on the tracks with a grade like that.
A little gentler a slope would have prevented that. That would not be a major infrastructure fix. Raise the grade further out from the tracks and repave.
That condition exists at about a million crossings all across the country. They are all clearly marked. If you drive a truck, it is your responsibility to avoid them.
