And most of the money will be squandered on non-infrastructure projects.

Just think of all the sketchy contractors and public officials licking their chops over the prospects of graft that will present.

Don’t be fooled. More money equals more corruption. Nothing else comes of it.
Could be a payoff for suppressing vote fraud investigations.
Potholes and crumbling bridges will remain.

Instead of parroting Democrat party talking points, the Pittsburgh post gazette editorial board might want to wear down a little shoe leather and find out where all the tax and fee increases went the last time they said they were for infrastructure. Gas taxes? That’s for infrastructure. Turnpike toll hikes? Infrastructure. Natural gas drilling taxes? More of that sweet sweet infrastructure. Meanwhile the same stretches of certain highways get repaved every five years and the rest of the state gets swallowed up in potholes.

This is not an opportunity. It is a trap. The cost of falling into the trap is... hyperinflation, one-party rule, massive corruption, and the end of the Republic. Is that what they want? There is no free lunch, but there certainly is a false one, that is extremely expensive.

Most of the money will find its way into democRAT Party and leftist union coffers, and a few years from now the infrastructure will be unimproved, just as it was after Obunga’s non-existent shovel ready projects.

Ah, the media/liberal/eddikashun & studies majors/NEA, “What’s in it for us? Let’s do it.” approach.

It's a payoff for their part in the Great Heist of 2020. Absolutely, but what are we going to do about it?

I’m sure this newspaper will hold the Rat candidates accountable in PA next November, when they fail to pass any bills anytime soon because Pelousy, Schumer and Sleepy Joe are all incompetent. Holding my breathe . . . now.
