Dog the Bounty Hunter arrived at Brian Laundrie’s parents’ home Saturday, knocked on the door and met silence – but he’s already picked up a scent.
The reality TV star and legendary bounty hunter, whose real name is Duane Chapman, is a father of 13 and lost a daughter around the same age as Gabby Petito in a car accident in 2006. He was already in Florida on a honeymoon with his wife Francie Chapman, he said, when people began reaching out to him to look into Laundrie’s disappearance.

Dog is definitely a person that can help to find him and yes he sounds really good right here.
If he’s a seasoned woodsman, he could make himself scarce for a long time. That changes things. He’s used to things like no cellphone service for extended times.
He may only be at risk of being sighted when he stocks up on supplies.
Chapman also indicated that it may have been third degree, which also changes things. If she’s a screamer, he might have only intended to quiet her down, but suffocated her by accident. In which case, the worst thing he did was run.
NO WAY on that last part.......he seems like he was EVIL to begin with!
I see. It was partially Gabby's fault for resisting when the psychopath boyfriend was killing her.
His actions after the murder belie any notions of "accident."

How well is his survival skills from what people close to him know? All he has to do is just wait no more than a month and the majority of the world will have forgotten this by then. People have short term memories. The only problem then comes what will he do if he wants to blend back in with society. He would need to somehow find a way to make an entire fake identity from scratch and I dunno how that is possible these days.
No. What changes is his intent, not his actions. It reduces what can be proven from first or second degree murder to homicide case.
Probably bleached his hair, put on a ballcap, and hiding in plain sight in Vegas as a homeless guy.
Knowing where the Dirty Laundries went on their “camping trip” on ~11 through 14 Sep is key. They dropped off their schizo/narcissistic/sociopathic spawn somewhere to give him a headstart on his escape plan. He could be on the Appalachian Trail, but I think more likely he’s left the country — possible Toronto, Canada sighting or perhaps in Mexico, Central/South America, Cuba.
In those mountains? Let’s see what happens when it gets cold.
Why do you assume he is even there? This guy could have gone totally different directions
Game theory teaches that people make choices according to their ability to win vs the risks they have to take in order to win.
It is possible that he isn’t there, but does he have the ability to be elsewhere, such as in New York with a brand new ID or can he speak Spanish well enough to go to Mexico?
Does he have enough wealth to be self-sufficient or will his parents inadvertently give his position away when they transfer money to him?
If his survival skills are good there are still tons of wild and uninhabited forests in Tennessee and Kentucky
There are highway cameras all up and down I-75 in Georgia. If he drove a known car up 75, the feds would know it.
Yep. In almost red state, there is lots of room. Although some better than others.
“It was partially Gabby’s fault for resisting ..”
Whatever...but let it be a cautionary tale for women to be a little more discerning on who they pick to run with and that the world is more than seashells and balloons.
