Something’s fishy, but it’s not clear what. The authors report ~32K vaccinations, while Ontario reports ~800K. Recently published data for myocarditis (in NEJM) from Israel is more in line with the 1/100K incidence (they report ~3/100k in their sample).

Those that proffer the “vaccines” (they don’t match the pre-2020 definition of vaccine) have the POSITIVE burden of prove for “safe and effective”. You describe anyone who distrusts the vaccines as a “flat-earther”.

Key difference to note is above; this is a controlled study in which everyone was specifically monitored for myocarditis for 30 days from the day they received the shot. These are the kind of studies that need to be done. The electronic records "study" you referenced is based on hospital records... they didn't look at each patient and run tests for myocarditis every day, it was only noted if discovered as part of their care. Moreover, causation is easy to prove statistically by comparing to a control group assuming sufficient sample size. I have done it for this data set and (i) the incidence of myocarditis is MUCH higher than a control group, BUT (ii) it is comparable to that seen in those who have symptomatic COVID infections, with a similar age-risk profile. Hypothesis: The myocarditis is mediated by the S-protein. Conclusion: Since everyone is gonna get this eventually, the myocarditis risk is probably not a great reason to NOT get the vaccine.

While I appreciate your intelligent opinion I do have a different one. I quoted the actual report that the article derived its “story” from. The authors of the “study” reported on are the ones who wrote what I referenced. They understood clearly that they had no ability to draw any real conclusions from the data they provided.
I say the lack of good statistical controls are a major part of why the information should be viewed cautiously and with skepticism.
