The trapped man, who has yet to be identified, was severely dehydrated when he was rescued and was rushed to Harlem Hospital
He was stuck in a broken elevator at HELP Meyer Mental Health +Shelter located at 600 East 125th Street on Wards Island, which is headed by Maria Cuomo Cole
The city pays more than $5,300 monthly to operate and house 200 single men in 95 dorm-style rooms
Shelter residents filed as many as 11 complaints on the faulty elevators with little to no response and said the elevators are constantly out of order

Is the $5.3k monthly per unit?Yes I believe it is. We have a few residential nursing homes doing business in our neighborhood and they charge over $6000 per month for a room.

he didn’t have to be severely dehydrate3d, all he had to do was what bear gryllis (sp?) did- kill a snake, gut it, use the skin to contain his urine, then drink it as needed
