The county may be blue but Manville generally leans red and voted for Trump by a comfortable margin both times.
Somerset County was red up until 2020. I'm guessing it will go Republican in 2022.
Manville is kind of rednecky, and similar culturally to a lot of red state areas. Biden would not be popular there, not that he is popular much of anywhere.
