This was faked from the Joe Biden Virtually Addresses the House Democratic Caucus | LIVE after the 17:20 mark. After Biden asked about asking questions, Nancy smiled, stopped talking and cut the video. Give her some credit for knowing when to stop talking.

A painful lesson I've learned more than once since November, is that if some story is from some unknown or anonymous source, makes democrats look like buffons, is exactly what conservatives want to hear at the curren time, it is probably faked.
Kinda like when Tina Fey impersonated Sarah Palin on SNL and announced “I can see Russia from my house!” and plenty of folks really believed Sarah said that.
Nancy knows that her perch on the speaker’s outhouse is coming to an end because of Lyin’ Biden’s mouth.
