Convicted double capital murderers (there was a baby in her womb) should never be set free. They should be executed following a brief period of appeal that determines the verdict is just. Putting to death the murderer of innocent people isn't simply a matter of justice, it is a moral, an ethical, a societal and a religious imperative.
