His only charge was “parading”, walking back and forth carrying a flag. He was let into the building by police,<<<
If he'd only paid for a “ DC Parade Permit” he'd have been fine.... The cops would have been responsible for his safety....../s

Parading is a thing? What does that mean? He failed to get a permit?

Great interview, thanks for posting it. Hard to believe this is taking place right here in the USA.

I suspect the full charge is: Parading with the wrong flag.

This could end up radicalizing people who were not radical before this false imprisonment.

We should try it. Get an American flag and record a couple of ppl parading with it outside the Capitol and see what happens. Then the next day have them parade with a BLM flag and see what happens that day. If the CP react based on which flag is being paraded, then blast the videos everywhere. Americans don’t like discrimination and arbitrary punishment.

Let me get this straight, he was parading in Washington DC, carrying a flag. He was let into the Capitol Building by police officers.
Now, what kind of flag, pray tell, was he carrying?
There has to be more to this story....

Any one of the January 6 supporters of Trump who get released should realize that they may be safer if they move outside the USA. The politicized authorities might look for other ways to cause them trouble in the future.

" I hope he becomes a rich man after he sues the hell out of the government."Suing the government only hurts the taxpayer going after the individuals responsible for depravation of civil rights under cover of law punishes the real criminals.
