U.S. Air Force veteran Sonya Bryson-Kirksey, who sings the national anthem for the NHL's Tampa Bay Lightning, became a familiar face to TV viewers during the team's recent run to the Stanley Cup championship.
But her celebration of the team's title didn't last long: Last week she was hospitalized with the coronavirus despite being vaccinated in March, according to reports.
Her husband, Jimmie Kirksey Jr., said she had tested positive for the delta variant and was doing better on Thursday morning.

So, the vaccines may not help with the delta variant. Time to lock down the country! (I debated putting a sarcasm tag on that comment, but I suspect this is where we’re headed.)
How do they know it’s the delta variant?
The PCR tests does not separate one for the other.
They cannot event identify what Covid 19 like they can identify cancer or HIV.

1400% of all rona hospitalizations are non-vaccinated. The dogs and cats of the unvaccinated usually get sick and have to be hospitalized, too.

Two examples when vaccine does not work:
1) I Europe, they publish, that right after receiving the first shot, for the first 2 weeks, people are actually more susceptible to the virus. (actually, it makes sense) They warn people to protect itself right after the first shot. I know few people who got nasty covid right after the first dose.
2) Also people with damaged immune system may not be protected at all!
I talked to somebody who received organ transplant. After being fully vaccinated, they tested him and could not find any antibodies. Apparently the immunosuppressants he was given to help with the transplant negated any vaccine effects.
I am sure there are other examples when vaccine does not work.
As mentioned 95% is not 100%.
