In Alaska, if the property is posted *No Trespassing*, you are indeed breaking the law.
I get the same crap from thumpers... Being ‘on a mission from god’ (H/T to the Blues Brothers) man’s laws clearly don’t apply to them. Until the cops show up.

Also, that generally is backed up with multiple firearms. I recall when I lived there and was involved in the Board of Equalization, assessors sometimes went to homes to get some sort of WAG to help with value. Some new assessors learned the hard way that the signs were serious.
