I was there, too. I was a sitting Precinct Committeeman in DuPage. Keyes was a slow motion train wreck from start to finish. Just a disaster. If he were as smart as everyone said he was he would have politely declined the offer to run and dumped it back in the lap of those crooks in the IL RCC.

Yea, that was particularly stupid. For a guy with a reputation as a genius Keyes sure pulled some really bone headed moves. I lost any respect I had for him after that debacle.
