I’ve seen him stop repeatedly, pause, and then come up with a new line of thinking because he is being coached with earpiece.

Kamala wants desperately to be President and probably will due to the 25th amendment. Jill Biden currently has great power which she relishes as the wife of a mentally compromised husband, president Biden. To retain this power she must continue the facade that Joe is competent mentally. He is not. I suspect there is a Cat Fight extraordinaire between Jill and Kamala.

Right now, it takes the V.P. and a majority of the Cabinet to start the process. (Nancy floated the idea of having an ‘independent body’ appointed by the Speaker and the Senate Leader but that got nowhere).
But the President has the right to appeal the V.P./Cabinet action. As long as Biden can sign his name, he can object. In the end it would take 2/3rds vote of each house to remove him over his objection.
So now you’ve got to ask yourself, would you rather have Jill (Edith Wilson redux) in charge or Kamala Harris?
