So the guy was shot running away from the scene of an attempted car jacking, and would not report to hospital because it would result in a mandatory medical report of shooting to the police. After a few days the pain was too great so he makes up a roman candle story.
AND GETS AWAY WITH IT?
Unbelievable.
I feel somewhat mollified that the bullet is lodged just behind his left nut.
