WASHINGTON — The Biden administration on Tuesday rolled out what it said is a new strategy to counter domestic terrorism: a series of changes to elevate the federal government's response to an urgent problem, with renewed efforts to deter, detect and prosecute those who would use violence in pursuit of political aims.

In a statement Tuesday morning, President Joe Biden said, "[O]n my first day in office I directed my national security team to confront the rise in domestic terrorism with the necessary resources and resolve. Today, I am releasing the first-ever National Strategy for Countering Domestic Terrorism.

The new strategy is being released just after NBC News obtained a new, unclassified FBI intelligence bulletin highlighting the risk that adherents of the conspiracy theory QAnon may commit political violence.
"The participation of some domestic violent extremists who are also self-identified QAnon adherents in the violent siege of the U.S. Capitol on 6 January underscores how the current environment likely will continue to act as a catalyst for some to begin accepting the legitimacy of violent action," the bulletin says, noting that the FBI has arrested more than 20 self-identified QAnon adherents who participated in the Capitol riot.

"We are not targeting speech. We are not attacking speech," Mayorkas said. "We are working with the social media companies to be able to better identify the false narratives, to be able to identify disinformation and misinformation and really educate the American public."

The Department of Homeland Security, meanwhile, has already begun mining public social media posts for intelligence, as first reported last month by NBC News.
Part of the prevention strategy includes $77 million in grants to state and local governments. And officials say they will work with social media and tech companies to combat disinformation and extremism online.

"The U.S. Government will also work to find ways to counter the polarization often fueled by disinformation, misinformation, and dangerous conspiracy theories online, supporting an information environment that fosters healthy democratic discourse," it says, without explaining how that might happen.

President Trump was the object of endless violent rhetoric and Kamala Harris said of Antifa riots, that they would not, and SHOULD NOT stop rioting. But that was when it was Trump's administration they were trying to overthrow.

I believe Flynn was correct when he said we have to get involved at the local level. We are easier to defeat when individuals are quarantined at home. So all local efforts to coordinate in defense of our country will help repair the 'softening up' attacks known as "flatten the curve quarantine."
Since normal large protests to defend ourselves against the Totalitarian Biden government may likely be falsely portrayed as violence, and infiltrated by MAGA capped Antifa, I think Gandhi had the best means of protesting so that oppressors can't get enough cooperation to oppress.
Announcing a rally at the capital would be attacked with Antifa infiltrators - but slowing down, stopping, refusing to serve the Communist takeover, while locally continuing to show up and publicly contend in town halls or disseminated venues with cameras to document INNOCENCE, when they can't get 'good riot' optics going might be the best approach.

No, no, no. The government cannot go through private companies to censor “disinformation”. This is clearly laid out in case law. That assumes we have a functional judicial system, something we have reason to doubt.
Upshot of all of this is, they’ll sift through social media data, and when they find posts that they don’t agree with, the poster will go on a list to be used by the FEds to decide who to punish and what form that punishment will take.. This entire statement by the Biden administration could easily be mistaken as coming from any communist dictator, past or present. This has to be litigated all the way to the Supremes. And if they refuse the case or rule in the Govt’s favor, we’re cooked.
