Of course not, but the Constitution reserves police powers to the states. Therefore there is no conflict between state law and the Constitution in general. The only exceptions have are very few. The attempts to enforce restrictions on church services inconsistent with restrictions on other similar activities come to mind.

Please note, I’m not arguing in favor of lockdowns which I personally oppose. I am arguing about whether these restrictions are allowed by the Constitution. FWIW, there are many things allowed or disallowed by the Constitution that I do not favor but my personal feelings aren’t relevant.
