Already had it. It was about my Amazon Prime account. I don’t have an Amazon Prime account, so I hung up.
A couple of years ago, I got a call and was told that there was unauthorized activity on my Apple account. I told him I didn’t have an Apple account, and he asked, “What account DO you have?” I hung up, but it gave me a funny story to tell at the bar.
Y’all are doing it all wrong.
I keep them on the phone for a minimum of twenty minutes while I pretend to keep rebooting my old computer so I can download their AnyDesk remote program so they can scam me.
They get hilarious when they realize they’re being played.

I get this call almost everyday. Yesterday, I got it from 8 different 855 numbers with the same message. The message starts before my greeting has ended so I’m not sure how the scam starts. Yesterday’s scam was different in that the numbers were all 855. Normally it’s area code 713 which is mine.
