Boy, that’s a stretch. If I were a betting man, I’d bet no Vietnamese were harmed during the making of this chicken pho.
That aside— I have never had pho, but it sounds like something I would try.

Yes! Find the best Vietnamese restaurant near you and get the pho to go. I don’t like to eat out at all-foreigner restaurants, myself. And that’s what all the pho joints here in the Sacramento area seem to be, very few Caucasians... They all sit there lookin’ at you like you’re the GI who napalmed their village. Maybe it’s just my imagination.
BTW, it’s pronounced fa (like your ma, your pa... fa).
See if you can find a Vietnamese restaurant...you’ll love it! Also try the Bahn Mi sandwich.
