According to this there have been 2,342 deaths and 7,971 serious injuries between Dec. 14, 2020 and April 1, 2021 after the "vaccines" were received:

They have vaccinated enough octogenarians and nonagenarians that I'm sure that thousands have died after getting the jab. The issue, of course, is there a correlation between the two events, i.e., is the treatment causative or just coincidental?
