I have some historic furnace bricks from a steamship I have wanted to make into a brick oven. Right now they make up a loose bricked brush burner. I don’t think I would use it enough as an oven to justify that construction. I set my brush burner up so it can be used as a whole hog or whole chicken ranch BBQ
