Seen cats moving their paws in their sleep. Always figured they were dreaming of chasing the can opener around the kitchen.

In the brief dreams of Octupi, they can walk on two tentacles, breath air and have opposible suckers.

Believe it or not, both octopuses or octopi are correct when referring to multiple octopus. I still think octopussies sounds more natural rolling off of the tongue. 8>)

Oh, my cat has very vivid dreams. Sometimes it seems as though he's on the hunt, or some other pleasurable adventure; other times, he seems in distress and makes very vocal sounds, as though he's afraid or in pain. Once, I had to gently wake him up from a dream that seemed particularly bad; it took him a moment to come out of it, and when he did, he had a very fearful look in his eyes, and was actually panting from fear. Intelligent, developed animals do dream.

I think they are fascinating creatures. At first, I thought they might live until they’re in their twenties or something.
Not so.
Octopi usually live only two years or so.
Amazing!
