“.gr” is the TLD for Greece, not Grenada. Grenada is “.gd”. That only refers to the registry for the domain name, though. It doesn’t necessarily mean that the server is in Greece.

I can’t remember the guys name but i knew a guy who had servers running in Anguilla. With the banking laws there you could hide some of your stuff.

Hmm, let's think about it for a minute. What would happen if somebody forged an email so that it looked like it was from the FDA but it was really from some random hacker...
By the way, if you get an email telling you that some government official overseas has a lot of money that they need help spending don't start feeling lucky.
