[MN] MDH reports 89 'breakthrough' cases of COVID-19 after becoming fully vaccinated; Ehresmann says 'it's not surprising'

The Minnesota Department of Health has identified 89 "breakthrough" cases of COVID-19.

Director of Infectious Diseases Kris Ehresmann said a "breakthrough" case is when a person gets COVID-19 after the two weeks following getting fully vaccinated. She said it's not surprising.

42 of 72 cases didn't have any symptoms at all, and so I think that's important to keep in mind," Ehresmann said.

She says it means even if you're vaccinated, you could still get the disease, be asymptomatic and pass it along to someone else.

MDH's goal is to get 80% of Minnesotans vaccinated.

That is not a vaccine. I am so tired of the sheeple rushing to get shots for a virus that is 98.9 percent survivable. I have “ survived” for more than a year now not wearing a face diaper, going to work, attending church, traveling, changing nothing in my life’s routine.

My husband got it and then pneumonia and now is fine.

I got the rona back in January. I thought it was mild allergies. My job requires me to get tested if I show a single symptom. I did, and I was positive. About two days of mild hamstring soreness and I took three naps. Then I waited eight more days to go back to work. That was it.

I am about 40 and go to the gym five times per week. One might say I’m an athlete. I guess being really healthy and staying active is the best defense against this thing. I don’t intend to be vaccinated until I’m forced. I am subject to a different set of laws than most... so it’s probably coming.

95% is NOT = 100%

That’s not hard to understand.

I think I got it in December 2019 - I got really sick and they thought it was bronchitis. But...never confirmed for COVID since no one was focusing on that yet so who knows.

So then, what the heck was the point of a “vaccine” then? If you can get sick, if you can make others sick, and you are still required to get COVID test before international flights, tell me again why are we asking people to get vaccinated????

The CDC finally admitted a while ago that asymptomatic “postives” could not infect anyone else.

CDC just makes up smack, whatever suits tyranny.

Point of vax is to make tones of money for those invested in vaxes, and to torture people and keep them in tyranny. It’s quite simple. And use them as guinea pigs.

The chart here is a devastating argument against ignoring the virus:
https://www.cdc.gov/nchs/nvss/vsrr/covid19/excess_deaths.htm

OTOH, of course, there’s no evidence ANY of the recommended precautions make a bit of difference!
And some of these people died BECAUSE of the lockdowns- loneliness and avoiding health care.

Notice how rapidly ALL deaths are falling!
I saw a financial report from a big funeral home consortium that predicted a huge decline in business this year be cause so many died last year.

She says it means even if you're vaccinated, you could still get the disease, be asymptomatic and pass it along to someone else.

I have never seen any evidence that there is any asymptomatic transmission of this virus.

I think this is just another ploy to keep the nation terrified and under the government’s thumb.

Then the vaccine is pretty useless, isn’t it?

~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
In the cost/benefit analysis, there is no benefit because the spike protein in the vaccine is not specific to Corona Virus but is tailored to another virus in the Corona family which most people, if they've ever had any of a variety of illnesses in their lives, have already encountered and for which their body already made antibodies.
From annother response elsewhere:
Which specific vaccine would that be that contains a spike protein unrelated to the Covid-19 virus? Moderna?
All of them.
They say they don't have a sample of the isolated Covid-19 virus to give to researchers (and vaccine developers) so they cannot claim to know what spike protein to make.
THerefore, they chose a spike protein for another type of corona virus. So the promotional materials are rather deceptive. An entire article written about the Covid-19 virus, and when they get to the spike protein they use the generic term "the Corona Virus spike protein "  so people just assume it's for the Covid-19 versionof the Corona Virus.
I also have doubts that people who don’t have symptoms
can be contagious, perhaps the risk is very low at that point...After a family get together at Christmas with 14 of us, one of whom started coming down with covid symptoms the day after Christmas, the only one who later got sick was the person she lives with...The rest of us, quarantined, but fortunately, did not get sick.
At this point I’m getting the vaccine so I will be able to travel. Overseas. Often—for the next 10 years. That is my goal (and was before covid). My rationale for getting the vaccine is not really health. I just see the writing on the wall! No concerts or plane trips for the unvaccinated! So vaccinated I will be.
Next week is my appt—in a “Waterworld” amusement park! Funny. But happy to be part of history. Go Trump and Operation Warp Speed! I am grateful for his efforts, and efforts of the scientists. Go USA. We rock.
