Can you now visit, e.g., Hawaii without having to be quarantined, etc.?
If not, then I suppose that this has done nothing to allow you to travel more freely, right?

Texas is giving CDC issued cards with stickers that have your DL info(name , do number, Bday ECT. Plus your vax.manufacturer, batch number and vial number the second dose sticker has a QR code linking to the county or state database that your release form allows them to keep said info in and if you actually read it they are sending the info to the CDC as well.
