My idea now is to deny that anyone less than 50% sub-Saharan admixture is black if they’re liberal leftists.

The whole point behind the Biblical Story about casting the first stone is that there isn’t anybody that’s without sin.
Another reading of it is that selective prosecution while giving another a pass for the same crime invalidates the prosecution.

Another reading of it is that selective prosecution while giving another a pass for the same crime invalidates the prosecution.
Both senses would apply here.
