Hate to break it to you, but race is a 19th Century invention. It’s no more of a metric on people than assorting them by height or hair color. This concept will trigger some.
And just how do you propose to do that in the modern world?
Especially in countries with large swaths of their populations from different races?

I don't obtain any particular economic benefit from befriending a guy whose parents came here from India. I might obtain some indirect economic benefits from marrying an Asian in that any children we have can evade affirmative action by identifying as mixed race, but no direct benefit. Either way I don't see how I'm harming you or anyone else, so why would God have a problem with it?

Funny how I managed to avoid becoming a racist then, living in a state where whites are a minority.
The segregation laws of the past assumed white people were too stupid to select the best people of all races to be their friends, neighbors, business associates, and spouses. They treated whites as children to be protected rather than rational adults. We don't need a nanny state, regardless of whether the nanny is a liberal or a conservative.
Diversity is a problem, always has been throughout time. It's a problem that takes a great deal of work to overcome. America has had great success in overcoming diversity and creating a color blind society.
But one party fears races or anyone else coming together and works 24/7 to make sure it does not happen.
Their parties truth is: 'Segregation is our Strength'. Once you understand this every new stupid idea them come up with makes sense. Everything from tranies in the girls bath rooms to BLM and Antifa and open borders follows the same pattern.
