Anyone who doesn’t like the country they live in can move. Heck, Meg-whiner and whipped-Prince Harry already have. My wife and I just may leave if the Democrats succeed in the socialistic change to America. Costa Rica or Panama sound good and have low costs of living.
I’m looking at Belarus, Hungary, Serbia, Poland, Slovakia and other Central/ Eastern European countries.
The only Western European country I would consider is Finland. Beautiful country and wonderful climate.
