Yesterday I did:
Pan fry Tator tots in butter and chinese Chili oil.
Crumble cooked bacon over that.
Add 2 eggs over that and let cook for a while.
Toss 2 slices of aged Gouda over that and cover and cook for a while.
Then enjoy:-)
