So I got this email. I'm not a Cornell alum, but my son and my money did go there for four years.
Anyway, it's about COVID, right? Well, not exactly.
Please join us on Wednesday, March 3 at 7:00 p.m. to learn about the challenges facing so many New Jersey families and about Family Promise’s work to ensure families remain healthy, safe, and housed.
Family Promise national and local staff members will discuss the organization’s work and a graduate guest will speak about what it means to experience homelessness. We will then provide ideas for family activities to address this crisis as we solemnly mark one year of the COVID-19 pandemic.

Nothing like forced listening to a speech by a grifter like that. It was horrible!
Seems they just made a 180 against their mission statement. Bringing the crowd together for this event will help spread the virus. A most unhealthy and not safe event.
They’re also wanting more of your money.
I didn’t really look into it but I expect that it’s probably some virtual event.
