Hey, Pookie, thanks for posting this. I've been on PHD Weight Loss program. I've lost 30 lb. so far. I didn't even know I was overweight; I didn't look it, but my doctor told me I had too much visceral fat. I'll never gain it back! I feel great. Exercise is easier and more pleasant. My blood pressure had normalised. Yesterday my doctor said to me: "You're going to live forever." (I replied: "I'm not sure I want to." I'm looking forward to the next life.)
This recipe looks good. I need something that fits in with my diet program.
