If I were Tiger Woods, why would I be living in LA? Or even close to.
There are a million better places to live.

If I were Tiger Woods, why would I be living in LA? Obviously you have never been to the Palos Verdes Peninsula. Tiger was in town for a golf tournament, he lives in FL.

Why? There are still pockets of wealthy in that area. Like Palos Verdes, Brentwood. But they’re totally isolated now, surrounded by what’s left of the struggling/fleeing middle class, ghettos, etc.
Just down the hill from PV crime is rampant.
