I think it's pretty clear that she confused Gorilla Glue spray adhesive with the Gorilla Snot hair product I posted above.

It becomes a solid mass inside them and few survive the surgery to remove it.
When I found that out several years ago, a nearly new 32oz bottle went straight in the trash

Yikes. Wonder if the glue somehow taste sweet to a dog? As the glue cures thru absorbing water, eating it would definitely be a bad thing for a dog.

So, apparently, she heard about Gorilla Snot from someone and assumed that Gorilla Glue was the same product. I kinda understand how she could have made that mistake, and feel very sorry for her. The plastered-down polymer material may have caused ingrown hairs all over her scalp, many of which never resolve, or result in cysts. Hope she is able to afford dermatologist care for a long time.
