Does any pro Trump case have an upcoming hearing with SCOTUS?
I'm sure they have at least one, and more will probably follow, but I can't think of one right now.
We have to ask ourselves why Roberts would scratch the scab and let the pus run free this soon. Maybe 6 mo to a year from now he might feel he could get away with saying "Well lookie here, these 6 states broke their own laws". To late, so sad. well its a a good thing that didn't affect any other states.
Frankly, I don't think he would ever allow that to go down in history.
That was the point of my post. It is now acceptable to go against the Constitution and make it up as you go along. The SCOTUS now has precedent to ignore inconvenient laws and uphold the ones they like and just make up the rest. Don't forget Penn Supreme court upheld the clearly unconstitutional laws that went against the state Constitution and the Federal Constitution so they could steal the election.
